Do you know an animal/owl fanatic? Why not give them a gift to remember. In our half day keeper encounter they will experience first hand how to look after our many different creatures. This includes looking after the meerkats, getting hands on with our reptiles, bathing and feeding our resident tortoise, parrot playtime, owl husbandry and helping fly an owl (weather dependent) and not forgetting preparing food for our army of guinea-pigs who require lots of cuddles too. Here at HBOP we offer individually tailored sessions especially for children and adults with SEN’s. We are dedicated to inclusion and letting everyone have the experience and joy that getting close to animals can bring. We offer exclusive use when you book with us, so you and your group can have a safe, non judgemental space to make memories. We have a wealth of experience as a parent and having more than 20 years experience working with young people with additional needs. We understand things don’t always go to plan!
These sessions incorporate everything in our animal/owl package. Includes up to 6 people, 1 of which must be an adult/parent/carer. For more information on specific requirements please email and we will be happy to help.

Adopt one of our animals or birds for 12 months. You will receive an adoption certificate with a photo of your animal/bird, and 1 visit with a guest to come and see your new friend.
